NearDateSeek provides personal matchmaking, dating coaching and date-planning support. We make introductions based on the information you provide and our professional judgement. We cannot guarantee that any introduction will lead to a date or a relationship.

• Treat other members with respect and courtesy.
• Not use our services for any unlawful, commercial or abusive purpose.
• Take sensible precautions when meeting someone for the first time, such as meeting in a public place and telling a friend where you will be.

The first consultation is free. Any paid service, its price and what is included will be agreed with you in writing before it begins.

5. Cancellation

You may stop using our services at any time by emailing hello@neardateseek.site. We may suspend or end the service if these Terms are breached.

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NearDateSeek is not liable for the conduct of any member or for any loss arising from meetings between members. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
